All new Suzuki owners can use the free of charge services provided by the Suzuki Mester Service for three years. The number to dial is 06 40 990 234 from Hungary and 43 152 503 6548 from European countries. The numbers can be dialed 24-hour a day. You will be asked about the driver's personal data and about the vehicle (such as plate number, chassis number). A mechanic will arrive to help you. He fixes the car on the spot or he takes it into the nearest service.
Your car cannot be repaired under guarantee anymore and it breaks down.
Call our colleagues at Suzuki Vilag, Brandner Tamás (06 20 772 0106 ) or Zsótér Márta ( 06 20 772 0110) . They will contact our contracted partner company and your car will be towed to the nearest service. This 24- hour service is subject to fees.
Your car is smashed:
In case of an accident a yellow-blue European form should be filled out. Make sure to fill out all data correctly. The person who caused the damage should recognize his responsibility. The person who suffered the damage gets the original sheet, and the carbon copy goes to the person who caused the damage. If one is willing to recognize responsibility for the accident, or somebody was injured the Police should be called out. Do not forget to obtain a copy of the Police's Official Record on the spot.
If it is still possible to drive your car, please take it to Suzuki Vilag. 24 hours a day we take it over. If your car cannot move, call our 24-hour customer service number and we send a tow truck for your car.
To start repair work, we kindly request the owner or an authorized person to take the trouble of coming to our dealership (on weekdays, 8:00 am.-17:00 pm.).
